Maruti Grand Vitara now available in AWD AT trim

The new mild-hybrid AWD automatic variant replaces the AWD MT trim.

Maruti Suzuki has launched the 2025 Grand Vitara with prices starting at Rs 11.42 lakh (ex-showroom). The carmaker now offers more standard features and has introduced new variants, including an AWD AT trim.

Maruti Suzuki is now offering 6 airbags as standard across all variants of the Grand Vitara. The SUV also comes with a power-adjustable driver’s seat, rear door sunshades, an air purifier, LED cabin lighting, 17-inch alloy wheels and an electronic parking brake, which is available in the AT variants.

A panoramic sunroof, which was previously available on the mild-hybrid Alpha and strong-hybrid Zeta+ and Alpha+ variants, is now offered as an option on the Zeta, Alpha, Zeta+ and Alpha+ trims.

The Grand Vitara comes with two powertrain options: a 1.5-litre mild-hybrid petrol and a strong-hybrid featuring a 1.5-litre petrol engine paired with an electric motor. The strong-hybrid powertrain is now available from the Zeta+ variant onwards, while the new mild-hybrid AWD automatic variant replaces the AWD MT trim.
