Rumour: Hyundai Alcazar 7-seater SUV launch in June 2021

The Alcazar is the 7-seater version of the Creta and will compete with the Tata Safari & MG Hector Plus.

According to a media report, Hyundai is likely to launch the Alcazar sometime next month.

The Alcazar is the 7-seater version of the Creta. Its launch had to be postponed because the second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic swept across India.

The Alcazar is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine producing 157 BHP and 192 Nm and a 1.5-litre diesel engine that puts out 113 BHP and 250 Nm. Both engines are offered with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission.
