Mohan,

Soumya's suggestion is good. Let's fix that day for Alibagh. The snaps are awesome!

Is your gurkha back from the workshop and the dif lock issue sorted?

In the meanwhile what plans for this weekend?

EDIT: I'm personally not too keen on Phansad sanctuary though. Don't want to disturb that place.

Mohan, Book a birth for me as well. i would be in Fortuner but wont take it to do hardcore off-roading since I have to drive back as well. So would either ride with you or someone who got a space.

Rahul I dont know where or how to do that! By the way what vehicle would you like to have in in your next birth..umm let me see...yeah a G Wagen Brabus BiTurbo V12 with 700BHp and a torque of 1100 Nm,I think when you wake up in your next birth with your after memories(read regressed) of a Gurkha,the G Wagen would give you "moksha"(freedom form further births).Just joking pal

@Tejas- No, problem not solved ,later appointment given to me.

Hi Tejas,

April 2,3, 4, it looks as if we are planning for a holiday. Dude for OTR I think one day with night stay should be sufficient. We guys normally wait for these long weekends for months to go for holiday along with family/parents/GF etc. If we go to OTR, they are gonna to kill us. I think that 27th March plan is much better, we can do some night OTR in full moon, do some camping @night & next day all mud , slush etc.

Cheers!

Alok

Dude, look at the poll options. It's only two days. Anyways, i created this thread keeping in mind genesis's idea and the fact that mohan would need time to do the bookings. I will ask the mods to close it.

We can and still WILL go this weekend and 27th weekend also. My classic just got new shoes and time to make them dirty!

@Tejas

So where to finally?

I dont think going to the same spot which we had gone with Matthew where Jay had beached his Safari is fun anymore.(I had been there twice)

Also I have started feeling that Night OTR's could be risky the way we were intimidated the other day,as by now the word would have spread about the lucrative payment we make for "temple building". Nevertheless I guess this is what night OTR's are meant for.

Will have to search for some better tracts .

@James= they must be Trepadores

Slightly. Basically the increased GC is the compensation of the worn out old tyres.

BTW: any plans for tomorrow?

Yes Doc I have taken delivery last Tuesday on Gudi Padwa. Now it is going through a complete re-fresh to make it more up-to-date. Yokohama 215-75-R15s are on now. It has been with the AC guys for 3 days now...another 2-3 days to go to get the AC install complete, seats fitted (Skoda Laura) and interiors done-up in Tan leather to match the seats.

I know none of these things (apart from the tires) matter for OTR but I will join. I may not tackle some of the more serious obstacles (new car and all) but I will be there to help out and shoot videos of course
