Congratulations on the great looking car. Nice pics too. IIRC the running in for the Linea is 1500 km. you can PM DownSouth about this as he ran in his Linea meticulously.

Cheers,

Congrats on the new Linea.Looks majestic in white.
Some doubts in purchasing through CSD.If I know someone who's is working in military, can I purchase Linea through him on my name & register in other state.

What will be the price approximate difference on the MJD E+?

Thanks Ferrari. Yes, it is a jump into 21st century surely. IMHO, Linea sets a new benchmark in this segment.

Thanks Ravveendra. I am yet to sit down with manual and go through the fine print . Will try and fetch info from DownSouth.

Yes you can buy through him. Problem is, Vehcile will be in his name. He will have to sign an undertaking that he has not bought a car in previous two years, he will not sell the car in next two years and most of all, he will not be eligible to buy another car from CSD in next two years. There are people who sell their cars before this two years deadline ( for change of registration/owner info), so you can check about these glitches and then decide. Price difference will be a cool one lakh. If I can be of any help in clearing any doubts, do let me know.

This is what i wrote spontaneously on my Facebook Update when i drove to Goa in my Linea a few days back.

Congratulation Nuts&bolts for such a beauty, Vocal white is the best color in my opinion and you are lucky to get one.
You whole story looks so real true that I am falling in love with Linea more and more.
What a great mileage to start with !

Congrats! Your car is looking lovely!

I say it on every Linea thread and I will say here again.... Please get rid of those ugly mud flaps, they just spoil the looks of the car! Why can't Fiat have something more subtle, like the one's on SX4 and the Accent?

COOL! you managed to get the limited Edition Vocal White! Just take very good care of her. The problem with Vocal White is that the dealerships have a tough time matching the paint in case of an accident. I'm undergoing that trauma now.

But it's still a majestic color and gives the Linea a Royal look.
All the best and enjoy the admiration.
cheers!
