And believe me that is not a joke to arrange for 100+ jeeps, Parking space, stickers, routes / trails etc and food and stay for more than 200 + people. Prithvi , totally agree with you , the details have been sent to Dwarak already . I was surprised with the arrangements in the 2011 jan event .

Dwarak has taken up co-ordinators Job and we are following a email system to register participants. He will be one point contact for the registration process and that will avoid all confusions.

As of now most of the Recce is complete. We will mark the trail in the first week of Jan. Trail will not be disclosed. We will mail you details of the meeting point etc a week before the event.

But believe me this trial is a lot tougher than Avaloconda 2011.

O team has deliberated on participation fees and have fixed a uniform fee of Rs. 2,250/- per person for entry for one day or two days. We request you folks to pay or transfer the funds before 31st dec 2011 to enable us start commiting funds for organizational expenses.

Bank details will be published shortly in a couple of days.

Hoping for support from all participants in organizing and offroading.
