Isn't the clearance between engine and the electric fan too close?

@Mexx and Jaggu,
i very well checked the gap between the radiator and engine. Its pretty sufficient and can handle the engine float in ease.

Project update,
Wiring (ECM & Electrical) are permanently getting hooked up and its almost in the final leg.work is progressing at fullest speed. We will get "416 TESTED ON ROAD" by this week and will come up with detailed reports and videos at the earliest.

regards,

Locating & buying one is not and issue. But transportation certainly is an issue.
I've PM-ed you the shop's contact details. They ship 300-400 PS Kits to India per month.

No bro..
I plan to run 416 on Petrol only. No plans for gas.
416 is going to be a weekend steed & I don't want to miss the fun factor.

Sree,
The circled part in the attached picture is the gas mixer that is coupled to the air intake hose in LPG or CNG vehicles. Thats why the question of running on LPG/CNG arises.

Nice observation. Yeah it is Gas mixer.
Engine was running on gas when it was in baleno.

Jaggu,

friends,
Finally i took the 416 for a test drive on road by last week.I have no word to express but "MIND BLOWING".The sweat and hardwork for 416 really turned up well and fruitful.

Kindly excuse me for not coming up with the videos.I really didnt think of
taking a video in the overhelming joy of success Anyway will get a complete video and test report and send to Mexx(sree).

@Mexx(sreejith),
I was really fingers crossed until the vehicle was tested on road.but now iam really very happy that, i made my promise come true and moreover,i learnt a lot from this project.thank you sree.

Next work,
The vehicle is now set for power steering plumbing work.It will hit the hydralique shop by tomorrow for the PS-Plumbing.

thank you,
ashwinraj(ashvar87)

Hi friends,
Finally i got a small feast for you all.Yesterday i tested the vehicle in detail and got a video for you all.I was not able to get a good action video, since the transmission part of the vehicle was very poor.

Short report,
The 416 really has a very good revv band and it really roars on road.I was able to start off the vehicle at 3rd gear in ease. The 1st gear propelling was like launching a rocket with a beautiful wheel spin in ease, without flooring the throttle.Normal driving never requires throttle floor, you floor you fly at any gear including 5th.There was good wheel spin while shifting gears.

The engine was absolutely smooth and silent in all the situations,I even tried the random gearing,G16B really really reacted well and can no way be compared with G13B.It literally propels like a rocket in any situation.

NEEDS,
416 definitely requires a performance air intake and FFE.

POWER STEERING,
The power steering work is also over and handling was really beautiful in all situations like cornering, high speeding and dragging.I felt like driving a stock gypsy with no steering play at high speeds and a very silky smooth steer feel while using the steering when the vehicle is stalled.

@Sree(Mexx),priorly i expressed my red signal for PS, while starting the project, but now its a green, bcs Iam really very very satisfied with the PS modification, handling is like a stock gypsy.

NEXT WORK,
K&N conical air filter mounting, auto mech FFE,complete transmission and suspension overhauling,CFL's and the list is still getting flooded a lot by my very friend sreejith(Mexx).

Will soon come up with a good action video, once the transmission and suspension overhaul is over.Awaiting feedback from all the team-bhpians.

regards,
ashwinraj(ashvar87)
