Sreejesh, what size pipe is it? How much did it cost you? Post some close up pics to understand the fabrication better.

Very innovative and looking very impressive, I was also looking for similar kind of light, don't mind me copying this idea.

Now Jeep is at workshop for the Suspension rebuild . I decided to remove the extra leafs on the front and rear and kept 7 for front and 9 for rear. changed All the shackle bar, Bushes.

That indeed looks like a neat job. What is that blackish thing attached at the entry point of the snorkel pipe (circled red in the pic)? Is it some standard plastic/rubber part?

Even i have brought same, paid a bit less pipe 800Rs and bend 350Rs. will post the details after i complete the setup. No fabrication and bending (but why - when you already have bends) charges as i am doing it myself.

I don't know what white ones you are talking about but from the last images these seems to be the middle row seat of Xylo 7 seater model.

Sreejesh, I'm not entirely sure, but 90 degree bends are not advisable in intakes.

I don't see a 90 degree bend, am I missing something? The fabrication is the best i have see so far. And yes if its a polished intake, 90 degrees will not be much of a problem, SS pipes are polished and hence are functional.
