I should've known you meant 'featured' - after all you posted the link!

This particular episode was just mind blowing! The way these guys race up the hills, and go tumbling here n there is just insane!

I think i'm going to go and watch the episode again

Just for fun, if Tata's decide to do this with Xenon with their 2.2, 4X4, Borg Warner, LSD, ABS, Airbags etc. How many of you would consider a shift? If...

Isn't this identical / similar to the TATA Sierra of yesteryears ??? Either this or the SWB Safari with 2.2L Dicor + 4WD will be a fantastic SUV for the yuppies. . .

Though off topic, here's a rendering of the Xenon I did over almost a year ago.

Posted earlier in the Xenon discussion and the Digital Art thread. Mods, please remove if considered inappropriate.

TATA Xenon is a very capable vehicle. Infact, if TATA takes it seriously then it will outland SUV's like Pajero, Endeavour, Outlandor, CRV, Fortuner. A Xenon at its full potential will blast away the market competitors for (4x4 + Luxury) segment who are selling their SUVs at a premium of them being a Japa*ese or ...

OT but I agree..
A short wheel based version of the Xenon actually makes for a good Thar competitor. Its got 4x4, a pretty powerful engine (140bhp/320NM), LSD, basic comforts, hardtop, looks awesome and surely being a Tata will be comfortable. Is Tata listening?

It's the other way around. Zenon was built on the SG platform after the fact.

Let's not get too OT here or this thread will be closed as well.

Saw the South African version of the Thar yesterday at the great escape. Didn't find any difference between that and the indian version cosmetically. Interiors etc are the same. Only difference was that the south affrican one didn't sport a huge TURBO tag which the indian one did... I guess we are too fascinated by TURBO!

And that sticker inside the indian one regarding the letting the engine idle for a while for the intercooler...

Didn't look to closely though! Hardly glanced at it for 30seconds and just noticed these two differences. So what else is different? BTW, Vinod was very pissed that someone had plastered stickers of JK tyres, bosch, etc all over the SA Thar.
