Prices of HEAD UNITS

Anyone heard of pioneer 3350 HU ? How's the head unit ? I'm trying to find the HU but don't see it on Pioneer India site. Any pointers on the head unit and its prices would be welcome.

Can anyone tell me the approximate prices for Pio 6050UB (Double Din, without dvd) and JVC KW-XR616, both with and w/o bill? I don't mind purchasing grey if the price is good enough - i've heard about 8.5 for either, but have a feeling that's on the higher side. I've heard people have even got these grey for about 7k - If yes, from where?

Hey, nice to see someone asking about the FZ709. It's the headunit I have in my car.

It's absolute VFM and I am very satified with it.
But you need to be ready for a trade-off. I am not sure how comfortable elderly people are going to be with this. The controls are not that n00b friendly and you need sometime to get adjusted to the whole system.
But not a problem for me at all and I feel that it was custom-made for me!

Folks, which is a good HU in pioneer under 6k mark.
Considering I do not want to go in for amp's or sub's even later.
I was quoted 6k for Pio DEH-5350UB and JBL GT-X555
I did not find the Pio 5350 in India website, while it was available in singapore pioneer website.

Please suggest

You can check out DEH-3390UB on the Pioneer India website.
DEH-3390UB with Dual Color Key Illumination is named DEH-5350UB.

its available on ebay india, on global easy buy, for about 25k.
the stereo family's good, but check the radio tuning to see if it receives all indian stations.
look for "ventoman"'s review here for the usability.

Hi Gurus, Whats the price for the AVH-P4390 DVD with/without B&W. What would the similar model in JVC. I am looking for playback of avi files from sdcard/usb. (2Din DVD system)

Bought Kenwood-6043 for 8.4k in Bangalore.

Has MP3, USB, Aux inputs.
Good: Great looking face-plate, nice display, Good SQ.
Bad: Bulky, big Remote control.

Could someone recommend a good HU with bluetooth connectivity. I would like to change the stock HU on my safari. DVD playback would also be nice. Budget anything below 10K

Get the Kenwood mp5343...very very good HU..you can play DVD also but needs a overhead screen....not sure about the BT. But excellent sq and lot of tuning options.

How good is Pioneer Pioneer DEH 6250BT. How would it be compared to Alpine DVA-9861E. I believe Pioneer DEH 6250BT an be controlled by CD-SR110 steering remote. Any such options for Alpine ?

Can you post some pics ?
I am sure this model has been discussed earlier where it was not able to read music files off HDD.
Have you used any HDD with this HU yet ?

Do these models have blue tooth compatibility, and how to do compare Pio and JVC when it comes to SQ. At this price what you have heard its good VFM
