the luccent (and even carbon) family have very similar baskets and have that awesome common shallow mount design. the 12" driver is the elder sister of the 8" lucie, hence the inherent similarity!

pleaseeeeee keep it when my ICE is installed! i have a few IASCA discs and the Focal SQ reference disc set now. I will have an SQ soundoff with Amey (and lose in the process, but will be fun, nonetheless)!
