No doubt.....WAY loud

Plays lows, smooth bass and troubles ears. As far as loudness is concerned....its insanely loud if played when volume cranked up. The rear view mirrors (center and right) are just about to get popped out.

But really, DD cant be played loud all the time. It really troulbes.

Agree with what Navin once said

Here are the pics

The box made and put in the car to check the space to mount the DD amp.

Damping the rear tray from inside.

Board cut to mount the DD amp behind the seat.

Wiring...The kickcer 0 guage is like a pipe compared to others

Mounting the board behind the seat

DD about to be go in the box

Woofers mounted and port grill placed. The port grill looks neat and is detachable.

Amps : DD M3 and JBL GTO 75.4 placed.

Distribution blocks placed

Rear Components JBL GT0 607. Fronts are apline R Type components. So got all four components speakers. The port is cut, but grill will be ready this week. Grill is going to be similar as used in the woofer box.

Kicker Fuse holder in under the hood

Finally everything is in. Digital Designs 3500 series woofers finally inside the car. Pic is without the port grill. Noice the handles placed to move the box.

Box with the port grill.

Ears paining

Comments please.

The box + woofers inside is close to 80 kgs. Very heavy indeed. Need two people to lift it up. Amp is another 11 kgs. So quite a lot of extra weight always iin the car.

Each sub weighs close to 16.2 kgs.

Thanks hydrashok and nitinralli.

Yes for sure, all four components do sound good in the car. But certainly, if the volume is cranked up too much, bass takes over the component speakers.

Billing for the entire setup has done be done as of now. Probably i might be changing the rear JBL component and going for Apline components.

yup the enclosure is in 40's. Preety heavy, cant be lifted by a single person. Need ATLEAST two people to lift the enclosure.

My brother has left to US, so to keep his baggage we removed the box. Its heavy.

1" thick MDF has been used.

feels good to have them first in India. No , i am not using the port cover. Its cosmetic, not metallic. I had put on the port but it came off when volume was cranked up. So i decided to remove it.

Yup i will upload some videos....just waiting for the voice coils to open up. More over i am gonna change the design on the DD amp mounted behind the seat. DD said that i need to have enough space to let the air rush inside the cabin. But still, its a lot of bass produced. I am just waiting to drop the rear seats and then play them.
