Will click some better pics with digi cam and post them with all the wiring how it has been done, the main fuse holder is installed near the battery and tied up with tie. The cable has one blue and one black thin cables inside one for negative and one for positive terminal.

Thanks for clarifying the subwoofer part.
I am actually a bit confused on the power cable part.
I think the wire has to be cut to accomodate the fuse box in between. Also its recommended 18" away from the battery ( as per kicker) though something here and there shouldn't make much a difference.

You are most welcome.
what i remember there is a yellow tape kind of a thing at the cable end from where it has to be cut, I think you misunderstood the 18" thing kicker recommends it necessary to put the fuse box within 18", i had seen many install on the forum where the fuse box are tied on the battery clams (i may be wrong) but will say don't put it on the battery but can put it near it.

That will be for sure.
Thanks for the help.
This yellow portion right?

http://www.team-bhp.com/forum/attach...072-large-.jpg

Also i noticed that the whole sleeve of the wire would not go into the Fuse box. So would i have to remove that sleeve and just pur the wires inside the fuse?

Right the yellow portion it has something written on it, Yes it is quiet difficult to insert the sleeve properly inside the fuse box but try and do that it will look neat and don't cut the first sleeve i think can be pulled slightly (the first layer not the PVC one).

It's basically an all in one P9 on steroids.
4 way active, T/A, 31 band eq, auto eq and T/A, four 24 bit DAC's.

Thanks for the links, I thought the P99 needs a processor for going active. So looking at the specs I think the P99 is a killer deal. In-build 4 Way DSP, iPod Ready and everything, bascially we can call it the upgraded 2009 version of P80RSII.

I would choose the P99 over the HX-D2 now purely over the fact that it can play USB and iPOD. Now I should think about my head unit upgrade also. How much is it costing in singapore??

But P90 v/s the P99 I think the P90 will still have the edge right??

For me the D7 ODR is the most top end. So I would take it like this..

D7 > P9 combo > P99 > 88RS

LBm if i am not mistaken you are using P80rs or P88 how you compare it to other HU in that price range as i am planning to upgrade my HU. Comparison between eclipse and P80.

There is little to choose between them.
The vocals and the highs are more open in the Eclipse. The mid bass is almost the same . A bit here and there. I would choose the Eclipse over the P80 anyday. Only thing its display is pathetic and there are issues like pausing MP3s. Eclipse doesn't play WAVs off a USB ( I don't know about the P80RS in that regards)

But yes, if its budget, then its the P80RS. If its the open-ness which you like more, then it is the P80.

Bit confused with the above if it is budget P80RS ? didn't get you here and for how much you bought your eclipse and yes you can pause your MP3.

P80RS would be cheaper than the Eclipse so i mentioned if you are on a smaller budget, then the P80RS is the way to go. ( Sorry for the misunderstanding)
I got my Eclipse for around 30k.

The P80Rs is around 17-20k. ( not sure though)

Pausing MP3s is not possible on the eclipse. Though we can pause the Audio CDs.

eclipse 7200MKii costs rs. 40000 to import from USA (via KMD). the market rate in india is about 44k.
the p80 costs half of what the eclipse costs, but the benefit in SQ, though large, doesnt justify double the expenditure!
buy the 7200 ONLY if someone is bringing it down for you.

You may contact Smokin for the same.
He can get one for you. Though that would be the same price considering it is not available for the price it was available earlier.

P80 is for 17k and P80RSII is for 23k 500/800 here and there as these are Grey market prices, For 40/44k its better to buy HX-d2. Let see what suits me.
