If I had an open mind I'd probably switch from Coke to Appy Fizz! LOL.

ID makes a good sub but I would advise you to listen to others as well. Take my own example. In turn I have been a fan of Philips, Peerless, JBL, Vifa, Eminence, Polk, Dynaudio, Audax, Focal, Morel, ScanSpeak, Supravox, Jordan, and more...

Sometimes the company changed it's line up, sometimes it was me who had changed and sometimes the application demanded I think outside the box.

Karan has chosen ID. It was his choice even if the products were marketed to him. We are all victims of marketing aren't we? If we were not Coke would not sell millions of cans of soda every year - after all it is just a caustic, caramel coloured, carbonated, concoction (aliteration intended).
I respect his decision of chosing ID.
LBM was only giving his opinion on the ID sub.
I am not against ID in any way, its just that it doesn't suit my ears and listening needs.

@ Karan, all the best, do listen to all possible combos on ID subs within your budget and choose whichever suits your ears.
Waiting for the final upgrade and an audition of the setup.
All the best.

Sad but true Zak, every one of these threads seems to be an excuse...

Hi Karan, so you are the latest victim of marketing... I hope the people who coaxed you into starting this thread know now why you didn't post your earlier install here.

Enjoy!
