First picture did you crop it?

I am not sure how to click such a long pic(breadth wise) with my 400D

@Torqy: The location is Goa (Candolim Beach)

@guyonblacky: Yes I cropped the first image, and since I used the wide angle lens I could crop it to my desire.

Thanks
Hellcat

Sanjeev please post the other pic too.

Off-topic..but related. How many of you PRINT the pictures you take?
I print a lot.,...not all but selected ones.

The butterfly was actually very small and it sat quietly for me, even though I was very close to it. I could not avoid the burnt out area of the hibiscus.

Location: Garden at home in Kerala
Date: Sometime in 2005? (may be)
Gear: Nikon F80

@pjbiju, guess you had little choice given that the butterfly is in the shadows

hkanitkar, RajaTaurus, Torqy thanks a lot guys

you can shoot pics like this using panorama technique.... clicking multiple vertical images and the merge it, you can do this with any camera and lens
