I tried using picasso with the original picture.
One more. I tried to resize the image, but it shows itself as streached. But I see that you have changed the size without any distortion. How?

todays sunset

1st pic has been enhanced to bring out colours and contrast. Its a JPEG hence the noise. My RAW shots of the same scene were atrocious. I had set the aperture to 22, and tried doing a handheld shot. as expected, the scene was blurred like hell. so forced to work with JPEG.

2nd pic is completely untouched(for the purists)

Also what does aperture have to do with RAW or JPG?

I am also confused like Tanveer, why would you shoot in F22 in low light?
