Hellstar, i liked the second and third pics.
The second pic would look really good with some post-processing.

@Tsk
Reminded me of an old pet I had :(
I tried a close up with my 14-24 wide lens....had to patiently get so tediously close to this butterfly pal!

TG.
Thanks for your comments. Parrots are fidgety, but sometimes they post for you again and again and again

And again

@ TSK. Wonderful shots. Parrots maybe fidgety but they are fantastic subjects for avian portraits.
I shot this photograph last week. Some experimental post processing with B/W & Sepia tones. Hope you guys like it.

Great shot Nomad, however your In focus subject is too near the camera, it should have been a little away to get a more dramatic effect
As for parrots. I don't this I got any in flight, but I got a few shots of the parrot feeding her babies

This one is from last week.
Anirudh brighten the pic a wee bit more, never the less an excellent capture.Damn time to pull out my cam' and start shooting, its been a real long break now.
Mukul whats this IR thingy ?
Your right chetta, I tried it out and does bring out some small details.
Here's one more... Guess I should have cropped it.
Not required. It aptly conveys the depth, the expanse and the vivid colours, all in the same frame..
