beautiful landscape shot, everything covered very well, thin layer of water and mountain making it look different and beautiful, sky looks awesome.
Can you please share the exif for the last landscape shot, also at what mm the shot has taken, as well let me know if you have used any filter for the shot.
@TG and @Shaju: Can you please suggest the circuler polarized filter within 50 EUR budget ?

He is in a state of excitement and happiness, because nobody bothers to point their cam at him except crazy people like us !
By the way, your shot is really good, first I thought its an aerial view of Bangalore golf club !

Shaju, you have become a master of street photography. |
If you feel that way, I would say street photography is the easiest to shoot. And macro is the most difficult, because it requires too much of patience. Thats why I sold my macro lens :)

I never owned a CPL so others would give you a better opinion. I heard Hoya is good.

Is it real ? I felt like its a plastic memento in the house.
@ punter: Thank you mate!
@ torqueguru: Thank you! And the last lanscape is marvellous!!
@ shaju: Thanks! and it is a golf course, in Hyderabad, not yet complete though!
@ gbpscars: I really like your flower shot! and welcome!
@ RSimonS: Nice, wish the tower was a little more sharp and there was some space to the left of the tower(in the direction it is leaning!). Just my opinion, experts can comment further.
Another shot from me:

Had a nice time with Chethan and Amit at Ulsoor lake and the weather was so good, we got a lovely and colorful sunset. Chethan, hope to meet for such shoots whenever possible.

ISO-1000, 200mm, f/11, its the actual color we saw, no corrections done.

It was nice indeed. We can certainly have such sessions. Here is the one from my side.

Finally after lot of search for the bug in 4 degree tampreture, I found one at my home. The actual size was equivalent to house fly. Before I could make some more shot, bug was jumped and disappered. But there was no room for more closeup from the lens. For true macro shot, I think I will put Raynox 250 converter to my lens.
Took these in my garden today.

My first attempt shooting Moon. Wow, do we need an action lens for this guy ? He is moving so fast ! I was thinking of a 3 mts or 5 mts exposure, but realized its not practical. I also realized even manual shutter release creates a lot of movement on a rock steady tripod. Next target: getting the moon in a landscape !

400mm, f/5.6, ISO-200, 1/250 sec, Exposure -4, Pattern Metering, shot with timer on a solid tripod. Fully Manual mode.
@punter: nice shots again! I guess you don't have to venture out too much, you get all you want in your backyardlol:
@shaju: nice shot, incidently even I took a shot of the moon and was here to post it. Now after reading how you took it, I don't even want to mention how I took it! stupid:
Am yet to invest in a tripod, researching these days!

Hey come on, I am still experimenting and not at all happy with what I got. Something is missing, may be the details or the actual exposure. On reading about the subject, I read someone mentioning about a 1200mm lens for the purpose. So, I think its not meant for me :). Whatever lenses we use less than 600mm, cropping is inevitable.

You got it with more blacks (CS4 bleach bypass gives that effect), I am guessing its also at 400mm and cropped.
