Thanks it is a cocker spaniel. @300 I used the onboard flash

Hey Bangalore guys, where are you all planning to shoot the moon today? What would be my best bet?

Captured couple of hours back at Jurong Bird Park! :D

Lovely shot Pramod! How did you manage to get that light on the face?
Nice colours in the first one. Try not to put the horizon in the middle. 50:50 sea and sky split is a bit distracting.

I was lucky to be part of the Help Portrait in Alexandria, VA. I met a lot of awesome people and Evan is one of them. I wanted to see how OCF works on my Panasonic G1 (micro four-thirds in general) and got a chance to try Pocket Wizards on my camera. And needless to say, really happy with the way it has turned out. Panasonic G1 with a 45mm f1.8 lens and one key light (lumopro flash) through a westcott shoot through umbrella to camera's right.

What do you guys think?

Anybody get the lunar eclipse yesterday? I went out at around 6:15pm but all I could see was clouds.

Shot at Nanjangud,Mysore.
