Love both the shots.. I'm on a B&W spree and the wolf picture is a treat to my eyes! I think one of your best shots.

Nice setup! Where do you use that audio recorder?
Tried something using iP4 and Photoforge: the boats parked on Natika beach this afternoon.

I plan to use it while taking videos. DSLR mics are pretty bad recording audio.Flowing in the video boat we forget that audio is critical. And a rather simple cheap solution like Zoom works good.

Does your dslr take audio in from an external Mic? Or you mix audio in post? My camera (A35) has an external stereo Mic input.

Its a Canon 550D. It has the external input. But what I have read is generally it picks up motor noise and other electrical noises. Separate placement works better. Syncing in post is easy once you get the hang of it. Make such a sound that it peaks in the waveform(thats why the clapperboard). through the waveforms you match it in post.Or use a software like Plural Eyes.

Ok, thanks. If you use an external Mic, i don't think it will capture motor noise unless you keep it very near to camera. Internal Mic will be cut off while you use external one.

Nice pose.. :) would have been nicer if you had gotten down to squirrel's level and captured him with a better background!
