Ha ha... that's a guess which is way off the mark mate!

Here's the answer -
The Official non-auto Image thread-_dsc4066.jpg

This is a test shot with my newly acquired DCR250. This is taken with Minolta 70-210 @ 210mm, used an external flash, didn't diffuse the light.

DCR250 with my beercan is super sharp Ants and butterflies, here I come!

Ha ha.. here's a housefly.
The Official non-auto Image thread-_dsc4098.jpg
f/22, 1/15s, ISO1600 (multi) @ 200mm with DCR250.

This is a handheld shot but I rested the lens on the surface.. Few of the camera features that helped to make this shot better

- EVF - great use while shooting macros like this. You can't bend down and see look through an OVF, plus I can adjust my focus manually to the highest precision.

- DOF preview. I would have initially shot this with the lens more open, only to realize the DOF is too shallow. Once you get the subject in focus, you just need to press DOF preview to see what you will actually get.

- Multi-frame NR - this is shot in ISO1600 to compensate for the narrow aperture, and multi-frame reduced the noise very well.

ISO is a little too high. Looking at the shutter speed ISO 1600 or even 800 would have sufficed in this case.
