Thank you LBM bro..
umm ok so i have brought it down to 3 monitors i know off that are available in india. I would have loved a NEC 24 inch panel since its a S-IPS based panel.
But nec is no where to be found in india so .. here are my 3 options..
1.) Acer AL214WD - HDCP - ?? (Rs 40K)
2.) Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP- HDCP enabled But no HDMI (Rs 44K)
3.) BenQ FP241WZ - HDCP Enabled , HDMIport , Full 1080P True HD !! (Rs 57K)

The Acer i dont know if it has HDCP or not. If it does not have HDCP then its OFF my list.any suggestions anyone ?
thanks in advance again.
Boom

Viewsonic is good a friend is using it and says he is having no problem from past 6 months. But his LCD is 17".

Its bang for buck just like Ractive Filters...

In This month's Pc World Magazine they have tested few Lcd Monitors and they have suggested Samsung 940BW is the best 19'' wide screen monitor.

Viewsonic is also good is you are getting 19'' wide screen for 11500.

Also the Monitor wont have an inbuilt TV Tuner or the connections you expect to have behind a tv like composite connectors.

I have one Samsung and one Viewsonic 17" in my office. Have not found the slightest bit of difference. Actually, adjusting the Viewsonic screen brightness and other controls is easier
