Yes, almost everything. Quality Service comes at a cost.

There were some minor gaps between the silver cladding that runs around the screen and metal frame on both sides of the phone.

The attached image shows the gap.

I'm glad that replacement item I got is good and have no such issues. I cannot imagine what would have happened if I had bought the item from a local dealer.

My friend runs www.reviews42.com that provides price comparison amongst the various (reputed) e-Commerce companies.

Hi,

Anyone know of some good and Reliable Chinese Online shopping sites ?

I have someone traveling to China, and wanted to know the cost of Galaxy Note 2 from there.
Would there be any price difference?

I have shopped extensively over variety of products in flipkart . Jabong is good for watches, clothing etc because of the huge variety . Be stylish is good for shoes . Watchkart is good for premium and luxury watches .

But off late I heard that flipkart has adopted the policy of reselling the returned electronic goods. That's really bad . Now you get the attitude of a well established seller .

Snapdeal experience not good.

First experience at snapdeal. Shipped wrong product.

Herein lies the information sent to them.

**************************************

Ordered product was a brass bell 80 decibel sound level, part number 8200975, silver color.

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/btwi...06930?pos=0;20

But shipped product was a aluminium bell 75 decibel sound level, black color, part number 8177653.

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/btwi...23388?pos=9;20

Specifically ordered the 80 decibel model which we needed, but it appears that snapdeal has goofed up on the delivery of the model.

For your reference, the information on the ordered model can be located at decathlon here

http://www.decathlon.in/LIGHTS-amp-S...-3-COPPER-DOME

Never expected snapdeal to do this mistake. Would be appreciated if the correct order is executed.

************************************************** ******

Does anyone have any experience dealing with snapdeal ?

Used Snapdeal for the first time. Ordered an iPad and got it in 4 days! Quite satisfied. Price was 2600 less than the market price of 31900.

re: The "Online Shopping" Thread

2 of my last 3 orders took more than 3 days to be delivered by flipkart. Both of them had more than 24 hours of no update after reaching Hyderabad warehouse. Both of them returned undelivered on 1st delivery attempt citing heavy load. The other order which was delivered on time was infact a COD order!!
At the same time I ordered from myntra and jabong on the same day as my last order on flipkart and received the product the next day from both of them.
Looks like flipkart is struggling big time to even match the benchmarks that it has initially set for the industry where as others have surpassed it.

A brief Flipkart account:

I've heard one such story from FK before too!

Problem could be at Vendor's end but I suspect courier acting over-smart.

Ordered on flipkart at 5 pm yesterday - delivered at 11 am today. For once, flipkart had the lowest price.
