Nothing to it - its not me, its the industry that I happen to be part of.

Nope. I'm out of Touch - never was a fan of the Touch anyway, too slow for business use + it doesnt have a keyboard. It was more of a 'consumer' product with its flashy looks.

Touch Pro is a different story.

Not it should be easy to open it in Blackberry. That is if GMM (Google Maps for Mobile) is installed.

KML is attached.

I will travel from Mumbai to Nagpur in next few weeks. Preparing routes/maps for that trip.
I have Google maps on my Nokia N72. Can I do the same as above?

This [File extension association] is bit strange in Nokia phones. Due to which file browser would not know GMM App needs to be launched for KML files.

Do you have mgmaps? That has Menu option for opening a KML file.

Yaa its safe and has a very active community.

Lots of users in T-BHP itself. Only issue is, apart from downloading application itself, you need to download Maps as well from Google Maps.

Terracrosser - GPS Navigation Software

I found this much easier to use than the mgmaps, which refused to get installed correctly on my phone.
