1. Philips DVD Player
2. Pro Fx ... 2 Front Towers H516, 1 center, 2 surround, 1 sub-woofer

Don't have the exact details of the model numbers etc...
Got the Pro Fx system and Marantz amp during the 3 day '50% off' sale they had. Cost me around 70k for this.
DVD player cost me abt 8k, but this was taken over a yr ago ... might cost a lot less these days.

Hi,
Receiver- Denon AVR1403 (5.1)
TV- Samsung 29"
DVD player- Samsung E138A
Speakers: All home made ones, cheap but very effective. Fronts have Peerless drivers. Still working on the rears and centre channel. Subwoofer: Two 8" Bolton subwoofer drivers mounted on opposite ends of the box. Again home made amp to drive the subs.

For two channel music, I have a pair of floorstanders made from Vifa drivers in an MTM configuration. Home made amplifier and Philips CD player.

Cheers,
Vivek

Smooth. Is this not the same combination that is used in Lynn Olson's Ariel speaker? And where did you get those Hitachi mosfets? Which amp is this?
Currently, I am working on the Zen balanced line stage. The boards are ready and I have soldered the components on the power supply board. This will be mated with my EFY amp, which part of my 2 channel audio-listening setup.

By the way, what are the mods you made on the CD player PSU? I have already changed the mains cord to a shielded one. I need to get hold of some ferrite clamps (or whatever it is called). I mean the one which is used on computer monitor power cords.
