I have a honda city in delhi DL XX XX 0090 without paying anything just by contacts. But now its very difficult to get a VIP number here. Wasnt get any for my Verna but still managed to get 3456 somehow.I think they have stopped giving VIP numbers in delhi.

Registration numbers with only single digit, Double digits and all digits having same number generally comes under purview of VIP number and may have premium attached to it. Rest all fancy series numbers can be obtained with contacts with concerned RTO.

I got HR XX XX 8555 for my ANHC without any extra cost.

A friend had a RX100 with the No. GDK 100. This same number was visible on a Merc in one of the Micheal Jackson music videos.

I have seen 2 civics in Chennai (both colors should be from the same family) which have a plain white number plate and NO number on it.

Maybe they've blanked the number plates to take some pics lol.

my car is registered AP 9 AK 44. is that a "VIP number" or merely a fancy number? I paid 2.3 large ones for it. car came free.

My Esteem is KA-**-8000. (is this a VIP number..?)

I once had a fiat 1968 model !! The number was DLV 51...

I was a VIP!!!!! lol! Later sold the vehicle for 10k! lolololol!!
