Nice catch ScorpWarp it is the Indigo Vista.Hope they will iron out all problems before launch.The light is Vista like.I hope the rear wont be ugly like Dzire.

Neotraveller: I suspected it to be a something Vista - thanks for confirming.

Mevtec: That's true if they sort out the issues then Tata would have a winner in their hands. But I suspect it's going to be an ugly - after market kind of boot fitted on Vista :-(

Lot of car purchase decisions tend to get made in these days before Diwali. Tata might do what Honda did with the City last year - did an unveiling at the beginning of the season even though no cars were actually available for sale till several weeks later. This 'unveiling first and dealer selling later' can work if Tata Motors are very confident of the overall package and pricing.

frankmehta: No, I did not drive till Banglore, only till Satara. Getting delivery my Scorpio today. So plan to do that drive in near future :-)

Did you see the full page manza ads in the papers today?
The speculation is that this is the new Indigo Vista and Tata Motors decided on a new name.

Manza - Look forward to a new level of indulgence

Looking at that display and the steering wheel, I hope the speculation is true!

why cant the companies making cars in India give them Indian names
they surely have lots and lots of languages and words to choose from

lets hope that Tata takes the initiative and brands the next Jaguar something like XJ Pushp or something

Whatever it means, if you are that much narrow to think, let me also tell you that "manza" is a lovely beautiful romantic meaning word in at least one Indian official language, ask any Manipuri (meiteilon) speaking person.

Coming back, who cares? Name is a name. I believe in name being an identifier, which should be a unique entity. A meaningless word that spells like "orange" becomes meaningful once attached to a fruit. So is every other name that you consider meaningful.

I already saw it. There a few threads. And funny as it may sound, out of the last 5 threads i visited, 3 were on Manza ! I am anxiously waiting for this car. Am new to this forum. In case you guys havent seen the teaser, they have a contest running about guessing the Manza type & price.. Take it guys coz now its quite simple i suppose..
