India's ultimate sleeper cars currently in production

This thread is dedicated to "sleeper cars" (can be any category) which are currently in production and sold in our country within a reasonable price band.

A sleeper is a car that has high performance and an unassuming exterior. Sleeper cars are termed such because their exterior looks little or no different from a standard or economy-class car.

In some cases the car appears worse due to seeming neglect on the owner's part, typically referred to as "all go and no show". While appearing to be a standard or neglected car, internally they are modified to perform at higher performance levels.

In India, my list is:

Hyundai Verna 1.5 CRDi
Skoda Laura 1.8 TSi
Honda Accord 3.5 V6

Any more can be listed here with a proper description.

The Palio Stile 1.6 & Getz CRDi also fit the bill in the world of hatch backs IMO.
The Getz CRDi is out of production and some dealers have a few pieces left.
@MileCruncher: The GTX and S10 are both out of production! Sid is referring to cars in production.

The Combi RS is certainly no sleeper with those big 16" spidey rims and bright shades!

And any car with after-market go faster mods of any form is a strict no-no for this thread.

IMO one addition could be Ford Fiesta 1.6S with "all go and no show".

i dont think we have any cars in our market which carry "performance " looks.

so any car with good power output/power to weight by default becomes a sleeper.

the s10 and gtx are not in production even still they did look sporty.Yup the getz was a ultimate sleeper!
my choice are
1. getz crdi/verna
2. skoda octavia 1.8 tpi ( IIRC it has wheel caps)
3. skoda superb 3.6 v6 4x4 ( looks like a comfy saloon car)
4. skoda laura 1.8 tsi
5. accord v6

Which all cars we can list as Sporty(Under 15Lakhs)?May be Civic,other than that? So any good performance will be a sleeper
Disclaimer: Sporty doesnt mean a car with some crappy stickers.

1.Chevy Cruze
2.Skoda Octavia TPi
3.Skoda Laura TSi
4.Chevy Optra Magnum
5.Skoda Superb V6
6.Honda Accord V6

I have not included Verna as its not as fast as it feels, 0-100 time of 11+ secs is slower than even the ANHC.
