Same here both Petal Nissan, AHmedabad and Pink City Honda, Jaipur, who are going to be Nissan Dealer in Rajasthan confirmed this.
I was waiting for the diesel variant.

Booking have started though for petrol variants.

If top end model is Rs. 5.4 lacs, then it under cuts all the premium hatches, so terrific VFM.
Certainly it would be a VFM car if it's priced below Rs.5.4 lacs

So what are the specs like?

This gap looks odd though.
Dealers do not have complete details about the specifications but top end variant comes with dual air bags, ABS, Fog lamps, Auto Climate Control, Passive entry, Passive ignition start & stop button and Tilt steering.

Even I have seen the chrome handles in the Flickr album which had the pics from the assembly line.

However, this car has Auto climate, passive engine start etc. Will these be available in the mid version? If yes, then superb

Congratulations Vikram! So you will be following up with a TD scoop soon?!

Is it only me who feels that the all grey interiors are dull? I mean, in the age of biege, black+biege, all black, even chocolate biege, grey looks dull.

Edit: Something wrong with my eyes? What colour are the interiors?

Monty,

Gave a call to the Dealer and spoke to one of there senior sales guy ( Vasu ) who was trained for few days by Nissan on Micra at there factory.

As per him every dealer is given one top end display vehicle and theu don't have chrome door handles from inside and none of the variants are coming with leather seats.

Regards,

Vikram

I don't like that polystyrene tools inset! It looks very cheap.

Hopefully, one is not going to disturb it by use very often --- but this material is packing and filling material, and very fragile; how can they use it for something that should last a decade or two?

I also don't like the interiors and the dash very much. I guess I still have enough interest in the vehicle though. Details like will almost certainly change at least once by the time I'm in the market.

I guess that a dead-pedal foot rest is something you miss if you are used to it. I never have been, so it doesn't bother me. Not sure I'm not happier to stretch my foot out, anyway.

Looks like no alloys even on the top end variant. But it would have been better had they included airbags and abs as standard instead of ACC in the mid variant.

+1 to that. I would anyday prefer airbags and abs over ACC. I guess it is the cost factor that came into play. ACC might be cheaper than abs+airbags.

No need to prove. I believe a Bhpian more than a dealer.

Mean while, in real how does that pinkish red look on Micra.

There are different types of PS. Hopefully they are using the high quality one that does not chip easy.

Lets wait till 25 th May to get the complete details of the features in different models.

I don't think the above fetures would be available in mid variants.

Not only you my dad feels the same that interiors are dull.

Interiors are Grey + Biege.

Looks like the top model will come with OVRM's with turn indicator, Steering mounted controls and Some chrome here and there along with Dual Airbags and ABS. I would imagine it will also come with alloys. Lets wait and watch.

Well, those weren't harsh words from my side that I can prove it all. It was just a simple conversation with a .

Its just with all the dealers they try to be the best to their knowledge.

And its the Red color not pinkish- red. Its like this because of my phone camera.

This model even had Door sills plates, Illuminated in Red. Along with the side skirts and spoiler which were removed for the piant.

I'll try to get the pics when its ready with its side skirts and spoiler.
