Time to provide an update about how the BOSS is rolling along! I have been busy at work and hence couldn't update the thread much more frequently.
BOSS has been a trusted, loyal family member and has never said 'no' to any of the requirements.
BOSS completed 55000+ km's of run and has been treated for its services.
Few updates are as follows:
1. BOSS got an IRONMAN suspension upgrade on it's master's birthday

Went for Nitro Gas comfort kit as suggested by Zac of Ironman. Drove all the way to BLR for installation of the same and it was a good drive, as always!
2. BOSS also went in for a full PPF replacement at 3M. Vijay, Arjun and team at 3M Madhapur, Hyderabad did an awesome job. The old PPF was peeled off and the new PPF was installed and it was a very detailed job that was done. The car looks as good as new, post the replacement.
The PPF as a product is worth every penny it costs(expensive, of course!!). BOSS rammed into a Grandi10 and the LED light bar took the full impact bending back into the front bumper by at least 2-3 inches. PPF came into play here and the bumper neither cracked open or lost its colour. The bumper has two bumps and that was all!! Many thanks to 3M & PPF, in particular.
3. The rear bumper guard and the front Grill also got matt black wrap treatment done at 3M, BOSS does look badass now!!
4. The front left drive shaft boot got damaged(i feel that the Ironman replacement workshop technician is the culprit) and had to be replaced at Toyota. This was a very cumbersome process and many thanks to Harsha Toyota Technician Mahipal & his dedicated team for an awesome work done!
5. BOSS also went for new shoes with its stock Dunlops serving it for 55000 kms. The tyres would have lasted another 5-10 k kms, but I wanted to take no chances. Thanks to Karan & other friends, went in for Continental, Cross contact AT's. The new tyres does attract attention and are great on the highway!
6. The rear aftermarket sensors saw one of them failing and had to be replaced, I went in for a full kit replacement with white coloured ones.
I have loads of pictures to supplement the above.
