Exactly where I bought them too. Extremely effective. Drove to Jog falls where it was raining incessantly during the last weekend. recommended.

Noticed that my recently bought Bosch wipers were juddering and chattering when I used them in rains . I was disappointed since I had bought them just a week ago. Then a theory struck me . ! What if the glass was dirty which was causing the wiper to judder ? So I went and bought a 5 rupees colgate tooth paste. Took a sponge .wet the glass and gave it a thorough brush down. In addition to being amazed at how clean the windshield became, the wiper motion also became smooth as silk.

So next time your wipers start juddering. Give 5 rupees toothpaste a try before replacing the blades. My 2 paise

Will try this on Sunday. BTW, should I use gel based toothpaste? Any harm in using Fluoride based pastes?

I suggest you use those old fashion white color toothpaste. Not the gel ones. Use a wet sponge and rub with light pressure in circular motion.

No harm what so ever since glass is a pretty inert material.

re: The 'Wiper Blade' Thread

Time to change wiper blades for my Honda City (2011) as OEM wipers have started streaking the windshield.

Size - 14" / 24" . Confused between Bosch Aerotwin or Hella DynaEdge. Please advise.

Actually, the size 21 and 17 were the closest ones available...it fits perfectly without any interference..so far the experience has been good. Will post an update after the wipers do some heavy duty in the coming weeks.

Where is this Om Sai Service in whitefield? I have been looking for these elusive wipers for long. Any idea on what other sizes that were available?

If you are coming from Graphite india signal towards cosmos mall, you will find a right turn just after KHANE CHAL restaurant towards Ryan international school. Take left and you will see a ICICI bank ATM. The service station is about 50 mtrs from the ICICI ATM.

re: The 'Wiper Blade' Thread

Is anyone facing excessive noise with Hella DynaEdge wipers when they are in use.
The sound that comes is as if like the glass has become complete dry or the rubber on the blades have become extremely hard , its highly irritating .
If yes, can any one suggest any fix for the same if any .
I have been getting this noise from the day 1 i have started using them, so wanted to see if there is any solution for the same or i need to change the wipers.

Cheers
