re: Pics of weird & wacky mod jobs in India!

What a pathetic modification for a good car like this one? Why should people spent their hard earned money for such crappy mods.?

Not a justification for the sad looking car at all, but I think this particular one has been converted to CNG and the spare wheel moved out of the boot for easier access. My 2 cents.

Okay. Might be a purpose built for a Cam Rig, but that sure seemed weird when someone just sees it for the first time. Thanks for the info BTW!

Possible. But how does he access the boot with the wheel in place?

Well I meant access to the spare wheel in case of a puncture.

He doesn't need access to the boot since there is no space in there anyway. It is filled out with the CNG cylinder.

Just my assumptions here. He might have just wanted a different looking rear on his Beat. Who knows!

Oh yeah! My bad.

But there might have been other options to have an easy access to that spare wheel. This surely looks very very weird!

The sad smiley on the rear windscreen of the Range Rover is apt.

This is not a modification pic but an example of 'decorative' landscaping.

This baleno based convertible has been going around Kollam for the past 4 or 5 months. He has chopped off the roof, with City tail lamps, and added an Aston Martinish front. I think the work was by R&T Kottayam.
