This Creta takes blinging to an all new level I saw this myself today on Paud Road in Pune.

That changing colour was atrocious to say the least. I wonder how people manage to do such things...

Not to offend anyone but what exactly is weird here? Most of the rear or front bull bars end up covering the number plate in almost all cars barring a few.

This is just a lack of common sense. Police caught him and booked a case in Hyderabad.

On interrogation, he claimed that he had put 'AP CM JAGAN' name on the number plate to avoid "toll fees" and to avoid "searches" and for "safe drive" everywhere.

This reminds me of those olden days where people used to show creativity on the number plate and that was a good business. One of my friends owns a stickering shop which also sells sun control window films. They lost a lot of business as the regulations have kicked in. At hometown, I used to spend quite some time in that shop regularly and sometimes help him.
