If you want it to have a sleeper look then I have some suggestions:

1st Add some new headlamps and tail lamps (they'll really enhance your car's look)

If possible get your intercooler painted to black (this will hide it,a +ve point for you and a -ve for the one who is racing with you..).
Get your mesh painted in black. Also if possible get your grill meshed too.

Get darker tints. Also adding a simple skirt kit (like the one on the red OHC) would make it look more sporty.

Noooo cyrus i want the stock OEM Honda Logo which is silver color, the only thing i need is that small mugen logo on right hand side which you have posted in post#12
please take 1st pic of post#18 as reference, i want you to put that mugen signature thing on the same location on the striped show grill.
"Dippy's" car is naples gold color.

I would suggest a scrap-down-repaint instead of an overcoat in the first place, Jeetu bhai. Longevity is the primary reason why.

Secondly, I love silver. Ahem. May I suggest Silver then? Silver looks great on the city....just try photoshopping your wheels on silver lines. Perhaps with blue/black ultra thin vinyl stripes running along the running boards and bumpers.....!

Holy cow! Cyrus thank you so much for taking out time for me, those are some amazing colors i never imagined it on a honda, my favourite pick is the Rich Gold & pearl Tangerine, just for viewing can u paint the entire show grill with same color for the above 2 narrowed down, i would retain the silver honda logo though.
changing body color will work out expensive proposition for me, cause to get that kind of finish it would cost me a bomb, does anybody has a brief idea how much it would cost for such a kind of paint job?

look at Turboindia's Honda City in black in one of the the similar threads mentioned below your thread, looks quite good. Get either a black or white paint job done to get that sleeper look.

Jitu, knowing how little time you get to maintain your car's exteriors & where she's parked, I would suggest you stay away from dark or flashy colours. They look fantastic BUT only when the car is clean!

Go with something that reflects your personality jitu bhai.

The Rich Gold & pearl Tangerine are too loud IMO.
Just an overcoat would cost you 9000 at the normal paintbooth. (see JESAL's) accent.
Matte Black would cost you 2000/-
Jesal's n Adman77's painter prices.
