Alto is 100PCD, IIRC.
Sanyam, Aura used to make a multispoke design for the 800 in 12" size. try to source one of them.

Hunt is still on sir, AURA wheels seem to be extinct in the delhi market as of now. There is one design with +ve offset as far as i remember, I have options from other local brands as of now. Tough I really don't mind running the car on steel rims as well. Fore most priority is the engine and other mechanicals

After the engine sets in, paint job is next on the check list.

Great link, Quite interesting. Thanks

Approx 200mtrs after launch during 800 VS Wagon R (moded). It was also faster than the swift diesel and petrol . More testing left

I think I heard wheelspin in 1st, 2nd & 3rd - am I right ? So she is now all set, or is there something further still to come ?

Cheers

Re: Project M800 with F10A swap

1st, 2nd and third wheel spin isnt exactly difficult on an 800. The thing that impresses me though is the way it goes through its gears!!

Re: Project M800 with F10A swap

Your modifications have come out very well. Congrats. I believe this required a lot of patience and well understanding with the workshop guys.

I have a couple of queries.
Is the weight of the engine with respect to the previous engine is more?
The engine mountings of the M800 have matched properly for the new engine?

Very true this project has not been easy, Im glad and thankful to speedsport for taking up this project even after so many issues. It took a while but the end result has been worth the wait. I learnt alot during this process. Phil was dedicated thru out.

The part that i liked the most is not that its FAST its DRIVABLE its enjoyable with out niggles or hassles of taking extra care of it,no electronics, warning lights. Pure basic engineering and mechanic's

I have been an exhaust junkie , 4-5 sets of exhaust systems had been changed until now trying to find that exhaust note. But He got an exhaust note which just fits in right its quite when kept at low revvs and it warns every one around at high revv's.

The engine is Smooooooth. I bet if i give you the car with out telling you its got a swap you will never come to know. The cars still feels as OE as it was. The engine mounts are custom built as per requirements.

I really dont care if its beats every car in town or not, For me its the best bang for the buck, Its a purpose built fun drive and its doing it right.

Re: Project M800 with F10A swap

With respect to the video's the 0-100 seems to comes in 15 secs unless i am mistaken.I never knew the speedo could keep going beyong 140 in a 800.

Must be blast to drive.Am sure you must be having ooodles of fun pushing it to it's limits.

Re: Project M800 with F10A swap

@noidaboy
hats off to you and phil for such 800 thats one hell of a car you have there..was oogling the way the car did 140+speeds

Few queries though
1.From the engine bay pics i am seeing you are still using the non-booster brakes, have you uprated your brakes?? or using the stock system and disc and pads?

2.Suspension is it stock? or something is there in the pipeline?
