I already checked with dealer, they say they are neither trained or aware of how to resolve this problem. They have provided me with a toll-free number, but it is completely useless because no one is picking up.
Not sure what to do to investigate more next.

All the dealer has to do is reenter your details - when you purchased your brezza he entered the details for the first time so your app became functional. Just tell him to enter the details assuming you are a new buyer and your problem will be solved.

I asked the dealer to do the same and it fixed the issue for now.
I appreciate your insightful recommendation.

Re: 2022 Maruti Brezza Review

I would like some clarification regarding led headlamps. Halogen bulbs have standards like h4, h7, etc and are user replaceable. Do any such standards exist for led headlamp bulbs. Specifically, are the bulbs in cars like Brezza user replaceable / upgradable?

Thanks.

Re: 2022 Maruti Brezza Review

In contrary to the popular opinion led projectors don’t have led bulbs nor they come with size of h7 or h4 most of the led set ups in modern cars have led chips they further can be divided between projector or reflector based set up. I am afraid if these go kaput then its complete unit replacement only.

Examples of projector based set up :

Swift,Baleno,Nexon,Harrier

Examples of reflector based set up :

Honda city,Kia seltos,XL6

Although led bulbs in sizes of h4,h7 etc are available for direct replacements of halogen set up which personally feel aren’t the best upgrades as they glare even at low beam sadly are the craze of town.

Re: 2022 Maruti Brezza Review

Hey folks, seeking help on a slightly weird issue.

I like to use Apple Car Play and Google map while driving. In Brezza ZXI+AT, there is wireless Car Play support and wireless charger. The wireless charger seems to charge the phone slower than the rate at which the phone consumes power and ultimately the phone shuts down.

Does anyone else face the same issue? Do you just resort to using wires then?

The wireless charger is of no use; I've been using wire since day 1. I wish they could have provided ventilated seats instead.

If you have switched on the Bluetooth and WiFi to connect to the SmartPlay Pro+ and then put your phone in wireless charging it will switch off after a few minutes. But if you do not connect and simply put your phone for charging it charges but albeit at a slower rate. Best to use your original(cellphone company) wire for charging while keeping the phone connected to the Smartplay Pro+.

Re: 2022 Maruti Brezza Review

I would like to replace my original wipers with frameless ones because the stock wipers do leave some little water stains when wiping, and these stains are particularly noticeable during heavy rains.
Appreciate your expert advice to select the superior option.

Many thanks for your prompt reply. I changed the stock wiper blades with Bosch silicone frame wipers after visiting a nearby auto accessory store to examine those wiper blades.
It does its job fairly well and there are no longer any water stains on the windshield or the squeaky noises.

Re: 2022 Maruti Brezza Review

Hi Friends,
I own a ZXI AT. It seems that I can procure a MGS front armrest along with the rear charging port, including the required wires The seller says he can provide GST invoice with part numbers mentioned in it. You can see the MGS box in the back seat in the photo I have attached.(Photos provided by the dealer).

Armrest-4000/-
Chg.Port-2450/-

My Maruti dealer says that they will not do the installation. Can any Chennai BHPian guide me to a shop where the installation can be done? If the shop is in the OMR or ECR area it will be pretty helpful.

TIA.

Maruti themselves installed the ZXI+ armrest with chargers for my VXI MT.
I would suggest that you try a different Maruti dealer rather than a nearby accessories store.
Just be cautious to prevent the warrant from being void.

Thanks a lot for your response.
Did your dealer provide the armrest or you bought it from after market?

Arena on ECR, Chennai says they can neither provide nor install the armrest.

I purchased the armrest with USB charger from a nearby Maruti Arena dealer in Erode for a total of 4500rs, including installation. However the wiring between USB charger to the 12V socket is yet to be installed which is in backorder.

Here's the part number with pricing for your reference.
