The tail lights while being original have some sort of plate covering the flat postion of the lens surrounding the two "egg" shaped parts, somewhat like an old Ambassador. Ive never seen anything like it, I guess it is some local creation. The fuel cap too has some modifications to the original system.

The headlights on that black car are not original to the model. Im willing to bet good money on it, will you take me up on that?

The lenses would be original, I meant that plate covering part of the lens perhaps was added later locally.

Yes but got too many parts from later fiats, namely the 57 tail-lights. And the front indicators look like Herald ones!!
