Yes they both had a V front, but this badge would have only been offered on the Select grille, I am positive. We see them internationally too. The Super Select grille has the Fiat logo in the centre, so in order to fit this long one, one would have to remove the original Fiat logo.

But I must confess, the make of this monogram is unique. Its has Eleven Hundered made in Brass and bound to a thick transparent plastic strip,as protection. One hell of a make.
Manish,I will be coming to Bangalore next month,I will carry them for you to take a look.
Ram, so nice of you. I am delighted. I am glad finally all the select owners will have their due. Not that I cannot take the once on Bangalore cars and reproduce, just never talked to owners on that angle.

Hi Ram

Hope you are getting well adapted to the humid heat of chennai

Since there has been no updates from you or others for a long time now

Just wanted to know If we have Any plans of the meet for the Club in the near future as I have a person who was interested to join but has been waiting to join since december 2012 . also wanted to know if we have any protocol setup if a person requests for information on social sites like Facebook, orkut etc or do we just refuse them right-away and contact them only through the medium of team bhp. ?

Would like to know your inputs on the above please

Regards

Sushil Narayanan

Hi Sushil,
I had planned FCCH Meets in January and March this year, but due to security reasons, we were not allowed to organise any public meets due to various events in Hyderabad in the last few months.

We have now plans to have a drive meet in July 1st week. So please keep tuned to my updates.

With respect to your query about protocols, FCCH is a open organisation welcoming any member with a Vintage Fiat (till 80s Premier Padmini). There are a few joning formalities which the member needs to fulfil as we are a registered non-profit organisation, and we need to fulfil the laws of the land.
Any member can reach us at our email which I have sent you a PM.

Best Wishes.

Re: Fiat Classic Club - Hyderabad (FCCH)

Here is a sweet news for all Vintage car aficianados who have been hunting for White Wall tyres.
Today while I was getting fitted new Tubeless tyres in Chennai for my Fiat Siena , the Tyrestore owner showed me an unique rubberised White Paint , which is meant to be painted on tyres. This paint is made in Iceland
The painting procedure is quite elaborate and is done over 3 days. The result is wonderful and amazing as shown below. Best part is that the cost of this paint job is very reasonable and affordable and miniscule to the cost of aquiring 5 White Wall tyres for ones Vintage beauty.
The below result is on a Fiat 1100 Super Select Tyre.
Please PM me if you are interested and I can share the contact of this Tyrestore.

Re: Fiat Classic Club - Hyderabad (FCCH)

FCCH 3rd Anniversary Meet with just 1 week of planning turned out to be Fiatful and a colourful parade of Fiats. It was a pleasure to see FCCH Members interact with press and media recounting their experiance and cherished ownership of Fiats.
