How much do you pay for your broadband?

How much do you pay for your broadband connection at home and/or at work?

Hathway advertises Rs.300 pm and then there's a whole bunch of other stuff needed which brings the cost up.

So I was wondering, which service do you use and how much does your monthly bill come up to?

Hey rtech.
My cable connection is from BG (British Gas) known as Iqara. Don't know if they've started in Bombay. Here's what I've paid for connection: Modem (no sharing) deposit 3500/-. Cable laying cost 1350/-. Every 45 days 1140/-. This package offers 80kbps speed with 1GB download in 45 days. Speed I would say is ok. Few days back I had downloaded one file which was 19.5mb. Took little more than 12 mnts.

I pay Rs 1080 per month.
But I don't call it a broadband, 64kbps.

There is no limit of usage whatsoever,
In past I have done as much as 12-14Gb in a month.
But now I don't have much to download.

Installation cost 2k.
