no issues buddy. Anyway if you dont mind can you please tell me how much does the shipping charges alone comes up to, to get the model down here in India for the W126?

Also i have never done this before- ordering online. Is it safe? Thanks again

Yes it is. I just used it. Also, Order a few cars in one shot. Get together with a few people and do it. That way. the shipping makes sense. Salilpawar wants a few cars too.

As far as i know he purchased it from the BMW dealer and costed him 10k for it.

I had been looking for a model for myself, please give us more detailed pictures.

I have been going through this thread on a couple of occasions admiring the wonderful specimens from the collections of fellow Bhpians. Here are a few pictures of the scale models that I have.

First one is a 1/24 1996 BMW M Roadster.
Second is a 1/18 BMW 3 Series.
Third one is an Italian steed a 1/18 Ferrari 550 Maranello

Inquired @ Gift Center today, the MB SLS AMG hasnt yet arrived :-(

LONG awaited Photoshoot!! Ram sir, Specially for you!! :D

Mercedes Benz S500 W140. Yes, THE BIG DADDY!!!

Jaguar XK in British Racing Green with Optional Wheels.

Cyrus on fire. Nice photos love the cars. Love the detailing of boot hinge on the bentley
Whats the number of your UK collection
Where and how much did u pick up the jag. I want to get one but conv.

@diesel_maniac nice rides, the 3 series is UT models right?

Superb pictures Cyrus!!

I know not everyone likes the colour on the W140 but somehow I prefer it to the black. The Jag is by Autoart I assume. Where do you buy your models from?

@Cyrus:
Awesome man, awesome is the word ! Fabulous Bentley, and great photography.
The big daddy is looking positively REAL !! clap:

@Cyrus: Superb Shots !! You have some serious Drool Stuff in your collection.clap:
@Zibby: Thanks Bro, this is nothing compared to what you guys have. Yes you are very right, the 3 Series is a UT Model.

Excellent pictures, Cy.

A 5 foot 11 inch human being at 1:18 scale would have his eyes just 9.5 cm off the floor surface. So the camera's optical axis should be 9.5 cm off the floor surface to take lifelike pictures. And your friend has done that.

Artifacts like suitcases, gates and gateposts of 1:18 scale would tremendously add to the realism.
