New Movies I have seen, Expert reviews down below

SIVAJI - I have not seen it but I have heard it is Mind blowing ( South India Says so ). I beleive them, I am not a fan of tamil movies but during these last few days after looking at Rajni in interviews I am quite liking the guy, very very simple & modest man. Good , ver good.

TARARUMPUM - SImply avoid, will drive you crazy.

CHEENI KUM - I will give it 5 stars out of 5. Excellent watch, beautiful acting and best of all very very good time pass.

SHOOTOUT - amazing acting by all actors, Sanjay is awesome. good one time watch for sure.

Fool'n'Final - Avoid Avoid.

Pirates of the carribean 3 - captain Jack Sparrow rules !!! Very very good movie.

More reviews come next friday, nothing interesting released yesterday

Saw Ewan Almighty today. Lovely movie. Continuous dose of laughter. This is kind of a sequel to Bruce Almighty with a story relating to Noah's ARK

PARZANIA - just watched this movie long after i actually wanted to see it. it is amazing. nazeerudin shah and sarika are too good. the little girl also has potrayed her character beautifully. watch it once, the dvd's are out too.

btw the missing kid on whom the film is based is still missing. too bad for his parents.

I saw this in a theater long ago. The concept was pretty nice but the execution was pretty pathetic. I nearly fell asleep

Just saw Sivaji yesterday and I must I enjoyed it to the fullest. What screaming and shouting in the cinema hall. The story is typical masala stuff but Ranji's antics are too good . Some highlights for me

1) The chewing gum trick
2) The coin tossing
3) The signing of forms with two pens at a time
4) The Scorpio stoppie

And oh yes before I forget the lead actress was really pretty too.

In short in Rajni's words from the movie "COOL"

I watched 'Cheeni Kum' over the weekend. Quite a nice movie i shud say. One of those feel-good, no overaction kinda stuff. I also quite liked the background score. Just a doubt here.. is the title track an original, or was it from some other regional language?
My rating : ****

I also started out with watching 'Unnale Unnale' (Tamil). Started out, because i was watching it on VCD. Watched the first part, and will watch the 2nd half this evening. Nice songs. Harris Jeyaraj is good with those peppy numbers. I liked the hero's friends in the movie. What i didnt like was certain scenes which were 'borrowed' from other movies, including a scene from 'Dil Chahta Hain'.
