I have this Police Axis 10971J. The picture is from some place in the internet. Mine's a darker shade of brown. Never knew anything except that it was a Police. Had to dig out the name to search for images on Google

3 personal favourites from the small collection I have.

I had several watches at one time but have thoroughly enjoyed giving away quite a lot of them to family and friends these last few years.

Now am left with just a few Core Watches that I really love and dont want to part with.

Top Performance and Prestige/Luxe Watches have always had a tremendous fascination for me - but I cannot bring myself to buy their replicas, however attractive they may seem.

Hence, following and achieving one's dreams in a slow but steady manner gives one a greater sense of satisfaction I think.

I'm looking for a sports watch ( water resistant, with timer etc ). Purchased a fast track watch for 1300 about a year ago and the plastic band has gone for a toss, it's torn apart fro use. Visited the titan service centre and they said that the band was not covered under warranty, and that it would cost 350/- and 3 weeks to get it repaired. So much for TATA quality LOL.

So I'm on the lookout for another sports watch, 3K budget, preferably with a metal band, that will last long. Should be reliable and rugged.

Any suggestions ?
