And for those who had him as Captain, have doubled that jackpot. And I made Kallis captain .

BTW, do you you know why he was batting for such a long time?

He did not know how to face sachin, after what he did to him.

I think Yahoo, MSN all run some kind of live score. Check espnstar.com.

Btw, update on todays match
Netherlands - 254/5 in 46 Overs against England.

Re: The Cricket World Cup 2011 thread

Ruomour has it that Ricky Ponting smashed a LCD Screen on being runout for 28 runs in the first ODI Australia played in this world cup.Sachin also got runout in the first ODI of the world cup for the same score. He though choose to cheer the team from the pavilion.

The above is the difference between a great and a good player.

Netherlands: 292/6 in 50 overs. This looks like the biggest upset of this edition of the world cup. England have all but lost it with absolute mediocre display of bowling.

If report is true then ponting should be ashamed as he is the captain of the team and must set example for youngsters rather than showing them this kind of attitude.
For Sachin what can i say,Everything is less

I saw a few overs and what a beating they gave. Though they might lose the match but am happy as next match is with India and am sure India is looking for 350 again. Sehwag in form and Sachin is due too so england bowlers might not sleep for few days

Ricky and Sachin, both are from different worlds of Cricketing world. Lets not put them in the same frame. Sachin belongs elsewhere. I dont have any doubts if he continues playing untill the next world cup.

Netherlands is a different team, Great.

I am waiting with Bated breath for the coming match.

Score of 350+ is not enough.

I dont think england can chase 350 imho. in fact they werent too convincing in front of dutch bowling today chasing 292.

Anyone planning to see india V dutch in delhi on 9 sep?

Re: The Cricket World Cup 2011 thread

Wow! The league now has over 50 members. Destroyers11 is leading the pack but it's still early days.

Few tips who may be new to Fantasy Cricket:
  1. You can change your captain anytime before the match starts and this does not count as a change. Captain's earning gets doubled.
  2. You can make a team change anytime before the match start and it will count, so watch out for final eleven to make the last minute changes.
  3. You don't have to wait for the game to finish in order to select the next game's team as long as you change the team after the first ball is bowled.
  4. Try to get in players who open or come one down for maximum chances of scoring.
ESPN Fantasy Cricket World Cup 2011 League in on for Team BHP members. Let's fight for the ultimate title of "TBHP's Greatest Cricket Fan"
