My bad I checked again and the distance is correct which is 1162 Km however the duration is incorrect.
The time took is 18 hours and 23 minutes to be precise.

I drive a underpowered vehicle compared to todays standards Indica Vista TDI. The max. I have done without any breaks is Indore to Nashik 430 kms in 8.5 hours. I had taken a short pee break of 1 minute but engine was not shut down.

I have done Pune Udaipur in 17 hours approx, a distance of around 930 kms. The highest average speed I have achieved is 64 kmph on Pune Indore route.

I use following calculations to estimate journey time with my family.
National Highways - 50-55 kmph average speed
State highways- 45-50 kmph
State internal roads or bad state highways included - 35 kmph.

Above thumb rules I have derived from my own driving experience.

The slowest average speed I have achieved is 26.7 kmph.
Covered a distance of 320 kms in 12 hours, route - Indore - Ujjain - Agar Malwa - Jhalrapatan - Kota.
Road condition inspite of being Ok, the road was single lane and infested with slow moving trucks plus lot of curves and mad villagers in their boleros. I also suffered a puncture and a power window failure enroute. I would never take this route again in my life.

I am not mentioning the dismal speeds and distances which I achieved during my Ladakh trip

Jaipur (Rajasthan) to Sonprayag (Uttrakhand) to visit Kedarnath Temple. A distance of around 710KMs. Started at 2230 from Jaipur on Friday and reached Sonprayag at around 1200 next day, Saturday.

I did a Jaisalmer to Bombay (1100kms appx), way pre-covid. Took me close to 22hrs. I had to come back pronto from a holiday. Took few breaks.. and I would never like to repeat this again. Ever. Was literally on fumes when I hit a huge truck jam at Vasai, around 1-2am.
The thing is, I regularly do Bombay-Banglore (again pre-covid), around 990kms in 12-14 hours max.. and not much exhaustion.

Shirdi-Madras (via Aurangabad, Hyderabad) 1422 km in 24 hours, this was with meal and tea breaks.

Without a break, I've done 460 km between Dharwad and Shirur through Pune. This was at night, took a fuel stop at Kotur at 845 pm and drove non-stop reaching Shirur at 300 am.
