I did this on Ahmedabad-Baroda Expressway on my 98 stock OHC.

Achieved 145 KMPH on my Getz, on the Mumbai Pune expressway. Im sure it could have gone much higher, except that there were 4 heavy people in the car (appox weight 400!) and AC was on throughout.

I also remember having done 130/140 kmph on my Indica DLS V2 on the way to Corbett/Nainital.

I achieved 149 on my 1999 Santro on Pune - Mumbai Express way.
Wanted to go past the 150 mark atleast once, just couldn't. Spotted afar a slow moving Taxi Driver from Mumbai, on the extreme right lane.
Had to switch off the A/c when I reached around 130 to puch further to 150. Was almost there but for that Taxi Driver.

hey guys i am comfortable in the 145 km ph range in my verna vgt.i dont feel confident to higher given the road condition in kerela.planning a trip to bangalore maybe ill hit a 170 kmph.

Yeah its Stile1.6. NH7 is under construction. Need to find out some other road to achive more

Have touched 155 kmph on the expressway.
98 Opel Astra running Yoko rubber.
No pics as i was alone and was scared of taking my hands off the wheel

hehehe
Car was rock solid i must say but dint push it further as it is quite old now :P

Did a whooping 135+km/hr on my Stock 2003 M800 (4-speed) on the Delhi Gurgaon Expressway with the car being totally steady and no vibrations on the wheel. I was amazed

. Had to slow down for traffic otherwise I feel that she could have done more... I could still hear the rev left in her.

Will post a pic next time when am able to get her upto that speed.
