Top Speeds!

My max speed in a ground vehicle was 155 KMPH in a Scorpio CRDe.
About 850 KMPH in the air -Commercial aircraft.
And at Sea ? 36 knots (66.67 KMPH ground equivalent) on an Indian Naval ship on the high seas !

well the fastest i have gone ever driving not flying is 137 in my maruti 800 4 speed.....that was on that long stretch near the godrej factory

these are my top speeds : ( with me driving )

kinetic honda: 95 kmhr.

honda activa: 105 km/hr.

bajaj pulsar ( old ) : 120 km/hr.

Pal peugot: 160 km/hr

Fiat Uno diesel: 135 km/he

Optra 1.8 LT : 205 km/hr

Cars in which i have been a passenger:

BMW 760li : 245 km/hr in Dubai

I reached a top speed of 130 kmph in my carb esteem running on LPG & with only the primary valve functioning.

I know that it does not matter for the LPG, but it did the same speed on petrol too. Otherwise, i have reached a comfortable 165 & could not go further no matter what i did except throw myself out for weight reduction sake.

230kmph in my not so stock baleno on a recent TBHP drive. Here is a still I managed from the video my co-passenger captured. Elantra behind me showed 220 (speedo read) and I was pulling away from the elantra until my clutch started to slip.

PS: Sorry for the poor quality of the pic. Its actually taken from a video captured from my phone camera.

while mclaren was doing 230, I managed to touch 140+ on one stretch and still had 70% throttle to go

but then decided to control and go back to 120-130 which is the speed I was on throughout in the interest of safety

My santro xing erlx is all stock except for 185/60/R13 80H yokohamas on aftermarket alloys.

I've heard people doing 160kmph on santros!!

I managed 160+ during the tbhp drive on my skinny stock 165s.
I need to get a bravery award for the same

No pic of the same however as coolsats who was with me was fighting a fever and nausea.

160 Km in Fiat Palio.......the best one to suck with
180 Km in ford ikon 1.3 on mumbai pune expressway
120 km in santro in delhi

feel of ikon is pretty good . well planted on the road

I have done 160 kmph on a downward-sloping stretch on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway in my old Santro. On smooth level road, my car does 145-150 kmph. I have stock-size tubeless tyres on 5J alloys. In your case I think the wider tyres will detract a little bit from top speed.
