Top Speeds!

Touched a 130 KMPH on my Zen Petrol with all stock parts. Will post again once i add some mods to the engine :-)

Managed 150 KM/H in my 1.6 ford ikon. But i must say it feels suicidal.
Top speed in the camry at 180 KM/H
Had to slow down post that so that i didnt get caught by cops

KB125 - 110 (Bombay Goa road)
Splendour - 110 (Palm beach road Vashi)
Friends Karizma - 110 (Eastern Express highway- at 8am busy peak traffic time)
1.4 Fiesta - 145 early morning, Eastern express Highway
M - 800 - 135 Mumbai Pune express way (This was scary)

cranking it up above 85kmph itself is an acheivement. For 100CC bikes anything above 80kmph the handlebar swerves voilently and its just not possible to go above it. Maybe 10kmph more if you have the guts

May be a case of going downslope..
I've done 100kmph in Crux R thanks to the little sloping road

Did 150kmph on the way to port stephens (around NSW - Australia) in a friends 2004 Holden Astra Convertible yesterday....(big risk - as it was double demerits due to the long weekend - Queens birthday)

would have easily gone higher..but the noise from the soft top due to the wind at 150kmph was just unbearable...

105 KMH on my samurai on ECR 1998- that time i was much lighter and a lot more stupid...

2005 - 110 MPH Renault Espace on the M11 at 3AM (UK)
2007- 155KMH Palio 1.2 Bangalore Chennai GQ - there was still juice left to squeeze, but had to slow down due to morons in the wrong lane!

Forgot to mention my 110 KMPH on my Shogun in 1998. This was actually on top of a Dam (As in a water dam) when i was going to pick up some smokes after a small get together with friends. I had not realized i was going so fast but when i did......came back to 80ish!

Did manage to touch about 85 KMPH on my Boxer CT going down the flyover from IFFCO Chowk towards Signature Tower. Of course when i hit the climb on the next flyover i was back to my top speed of 75 KMPH.

Also managed to do about 140 MPH between Vegas and LAX on my brother's 5 Series Beemer in 2000 when i had gone to visit him. Luckily there were no cops around else they would have deported me back!

Didn't think the 800 would have exceeded 120 KMPH.
Was it a 4 Speed or a 5 Speed?
Are you sure the Speedo was showing correctly?
