Team-BHP - Pics: Imports gathering dust in India

The Miata is a classic already. I had one and recently sold it to another friend who was after me desperately for it.
If it runs well theres nothing like it. Rear wheel drive. Good feul economy and the perfect short shift throw.
The car in question looks quite run down. Notice the bald tyres. It seems to have a Eunos badging. This means the car should have power steering and windows, Recaro seats with the speakers built in the headrest, and all leather interior with a Momo steering wheel covered by the Eunos embossed on the steering boss too.
The door or the wings seems repainted badly as there is an apparent difference in the shade.
Even the rear left piece near the light seems to be broken.
A good car is very difficult to find and commands a price of anything between 5 to 6.5L. There are other non Eunos examples with power nothing for as low as four, provided they are in good shape and need no work at all.
Parts are not that easy to procure in India and one should in my opinion steer clear of cars such as these which are in such a bad shape.
I doubt there are any good, clean Miatas left and if there are, they are very very rare.

hey v-16. Sounds like bombay prices are a bit high. You can pick up great condition Eunos/miata's for 2.5-3L in Delhi. The bad condition ones you can get near free.
I agree it is hard to find a good condition miata... but they are around. A lot of ppl who love cars but couldn't afford the crazy prices opted for the miata over the last 5-6 years. those cars have survived. Some of them are now being upgraded to other cars as prices have come down. I remembe when Miata's used to go for 28L. It wasn't so long ago... Also miata parts are very easy to get anywhere in the world. In Delhi you can get parts for anything now. and its not difficult.

I was really shocked to see this! Once these were the chariot which was treated much better than an individual in a family, without any dust or dirt. Both of these are at Delhi, the 140-series S-class was seen at a complex next to Paliga Bhavan (opp: Grand Hayatt Hotel) & the LS430 in the parking of Paliga Bhavan Complex.
