Hey Sojo!
Hope all good with you. No magic may be. It's all in my head. Just feel till she gets to 6000kms, i should change the oil once. I have followed that routine on my RD and Shogun...so i guess it's engraved in me alone.

Cheers Baba.

Super ride Odeen! Happy to see you enjoying your Speed Demon.

Got to hand it to you though - to have the heart to hand over your new bike which has not even been run in properly to a person from the showroom, WOW!

Enjoy your possession and ride safe!

Cheers

Hey Thank you Cyborg.

Well desperate times call for desperate measures. I trust Arash riding her, as have seen him ride. Bugger is a demon on two wheels.

Thank you once again.

Regards,
Rahul.

Different point of view, I guess.

Since you are doing/going to do a lot of riding, would urge you to buy proper riding shoes/boots and pants.

Have fun mate!

Yea well. It is what it is.

Oh have the SIDI cobra and all the gear necessary. Could not use the boots as have not gotten used to them, plus have to break them in properly. Plus the boots were getting stuck in the lever. So figured instead of getting in a nasty situation, i'd rather wear sneakers and go. Have ordered for me riding pants, hopefully they'll be in the mail by now.

Cheers!

Re: The Triumph Speed Triple burbles my socks off!

Just a quick update. Have ordered a few things for the Burble. Here they are.
Can't wait to put them on.

- Rizoma Crankcase cover

- Rizoma Engine Guard
Name: Engine Guard.png
Views: 1790
Size: 223.6 KB

- Rizoma Front Brake Reservoir

- Rizoma Fork Sliders- Going to give these back and order something else. Or put these on later. I don't know, will take a call.

Also can anyone suggest good levers for the bike. Do not want the sort ones as i like to fully grip my clutch. I found these online and they seem strong and reliable. Anyone have these?

Don't think will be riding in the rain. Have got these Metzeler Racetec K3 tires on. The official website, give them a 1 star rating for performance in the wet. So nope not going anywhere!!

Might go for a ride on this Sunday, if it does not rain that is.

Will keep you guys posted.

Cheers for now.

Not a very convincing answer Rahul ! Only way you are breaking those cobras (and not your ankles) in properly is by riding in them. The toes are toughened and hence lack feel which in turn makes you feel like you are stuck. Do start wearing them. Ride carefully for a few hours and they would be a part of you within a few hours of riding. They won't save you if they are in the cupboard, as they say.

Oye. I know and have been using them now. Have adjusted the lever and hence all good. So yep the next ride whenever that happens should be with the shoes.

Hey nice to hear from you ku69rd.
I hate molly coddling her as well. The only reason i am not sure about taking her out in the rains is this below.

http://www.metzeler.com/site/com/pro...TERACT-K3.html

And that's on their website. A single star rating for wet conditions. Knowing Bombay and concrete roads...thats a recipe for disaster. Hence packing her up.

She's got lots of stuff coming up. Will get the pictures the moment i have everything on her. Cheers man..

Hi there.

ASV is pretty good.

I have had these on my CB1KR for well over 4 years now, and have worked pretty good. Excellent range of adjustment. I prefer long clutch and short brakes and this was the cheapest way to do it. Pretty decent for Chinese product.

http://www.rideitmoto.com/products.php?id=10

Faded a bit, but I can live with it. Bought it with the assumption that they are cheap, and since levers are prone to breaking more often, would be cheap to replace. Thanks to the Motorcycling Gods, have not damaged them too much, and the critical parts like the adjuster and pins have held out better than expected.

Cheers

Ride Safe.

Got to meet the Beenie after a long long time. With the run-in now finished the Arrows have started sounding amazing man! You were right when you said the overrun has started to become better. It is mental now
Loved the fact that the pillion seat is extremely comfortable unlike most superbikes. Waiting to see and hear her in full glory soon (weekend probably. hoping it doesn't rain )
