The first one is the one I took on that ride. The other one was taken on 15th Aug weekend. Hence "A" pic

I will post more pics after the rains are over. Its not possible to carry my cam on these rainy rides :( . Yesterday I rode to Lavasa under heavy rains , have some Go pro vids , will process and upload soon.

Neat video Nikhil. Is that taken with a suction mount or the adhesive mount?

The cam was mounted on adhesive mount. Suction mounts are good for bonnets and windscreens.

Have you got a GoPro too ? Let me know if you are ordering some from US . I wanted to get some mounts.

The results with the Go Pro are too good Niks. Can you post a pic of the camera itself also showing what mount are you using?

Thanks and Happy riding.

A friend will be bringing from the US this weekend. Just the default package and an extra battery. The video has come out good with the adhesive mount. Wonder if I should go for the handlebar mount? Are you going for it? Any specific advantage?

Nikhil,
Quick question, what was the engine oil used for your efzee post servicing? Do you prefer Semi Synthetic or Synthetic? Reason am checking is,
My bike is due for servicing and am in dual minds
Do i need to go in for Semi Synthetic so that it can circulate with new stock every 5K so that engine stays good and my pocket also is happy
Else go in for Synthetic oil and follow company's directive of changing it every 10K
Thirdly circulate Synthetic oil every 5K, engine happy but pocket will have a hole

I used the Yamalube oil recommended by SC.

BTW , where are the pics of the bike ? u never posted that you got yours... no first impression or experiences posted anywhere????

Can you find me on FB (nikhil sood) , I will add you to Yamaha closed groups which are very helpful for queries like these.

hey Nikhil,
Somehow am a bit awkward with my words and very few ones at such. However many of the Tbhpians are prompting me to put one hopefully will set it up one of these days. Regarding the oil i suppose will stick to Yamalube at this point in time and see the performance. Many of the FZ-1 forums have advised not to put in Synthetic Oil till the engine is 2000 Miles old, not sure the rationale behind it though.
Have however added some snaps on the garage you can have a look
Did send you the invite though on FB.

Nikhil,
Was the bike redlining in the 3rd gear when you did that roll on?

no it wasnt.must have been around 9/9.5k

I have redlined the bike many times in 1st , it does around 140-145

In 2nd , did it once and it reached 180 something.

In 3rd I expect it to do close to 200.
