You bet, the numbers of confirmations looks very promising.

I have back to back meetings at 10 and again at 11 that day so just cannot make it and will miss being part history in making.

I miss your planning bajaj saab. Had you been part of the drive meet, I could have left everything to you and put my feet up and look at the proceedings as your world (hyderabad) reknowned for your meticulous planning

Meeting points is bang-on

Meeting time is 9:00AM as by time we head out, complete the drive and reach the dhaba it will be easily 12pm which is a good time to start the lunch meet.

ORR is still a mystery to me. So no clue on what we plan to do. I suppose we do a repeat of what we did last time.

P.S: Is someone coming with a wide-angle camera to capture all rides in a single frame?

Lets do what we did last time - meet up at Shamshabad and do the ORR darshan - Shamshabad to Vijayawada junction - back to Patancheru junction - exit at Vikarabad road and go to Button Eyes.

I would say lets talk to Shabaz of Button Eyes instead of Jollywood for the simple reason that he has a good pool and has some gaming facilities too. He totally spruced up the resort and has a good cook.

I already discussed this with Shyamal and will talk to you offline to decide on the food menu.

About the ORR part lets keep the route same as last time but instead of Jolly Woods why not try out the Button Eyes!

It would be a new experience for all of us too.

Thats exactly what I too had in mind. Lets then finalize on Button Ice

I recommend like last time lets stick to a simple menu which can be pre ordered and they can keep the food buffet style like they did last time

Below is an idea of a FIXED MENU

Snacks
Onion Pakoda
Chicken Snack
Veg Snack

Main Course
Veg Dish
Chicken Gravy

Roti/Chappati
Veg Biryani/Veg Rice

We can ask him to quote a per person price for above if that's possible. what say? If i recall correctly, last time it worked out to Rs. 200 or little more per head for the food we had there. It was total VFM

Just a suggestion, Why don't you ask Button eye guy to serve food near pool so that snacks can be enjoyed while swimming. After eating swimming would become difficult.
